Summer Ministry Update

As I reflect over the summer, I’m overwhelmed at how you all have shown, shared, and grown in God’s love!

Over 50 of you served in VBS at the beginning of the summer by teaching, cooking, serving food, playing with kids, etc. We know these kids were not only served, but were also exposed to the Gospel, and given the opportunity to grow in their understanding of the Lord. 

A handful of you then attended pre-teen/youth camps, and several of you gave money to make these experiences possible. Important decisions for salvation, recommitment to following Christ, and ministry were made during these weeks. In whatever role you played, know that you made an immeasurable difference for the Kingdom!

We had around 20 folks do meal prep, run sound and A/V, and miscellaneous other things behind the scenes for Bounce. This was pure service on our part, and we may never know the outcome of our efforts; but we trust God’s promise that nothing done for the Lord is in vain (1 Cor 15:58).

Our team of 9 in Honduras shared the Gospel, served kids, and followed-up on conversations from previous years.

I hope you are noticing a theme in all that we do. None of our efforts are in isolation, but are deeply connected to our mission to serve, evangelize, and disciple individuals while loving God and others. Many more opportunities abound in the coming days. Join us!
