FBC in 2023

As our year draws to a close, I thank God for how he is working at FBC Llano! While we have lost some precious saints this year, God has also added some wonderful individuals to our community. It excites me, as your pastor, to have people APPROACH ME about how they can serve, and be a part of our ministry.

One easy way you can all be a part of what God is doing is by inviting someone to our remaining Christmas events. Please take note of our calendar, and invite those you feel led to include. This is especially appropriate for our Christmas Eve service, at 6 pm. It is going to be a beautiful, meaningful celebration.

For the first several Sundays in 2023, we will turn our morning worship focus onto “Health, Wealth, and Happiness.” Superstition tells us to eat certain foods, culture tells us to “follow our hearts,” and financial gurus admonish us to invest wisely to achieve these things. We will be considering these, however, from a biblical perspective as we begin the New Year. I believe God has good things in store for us this next year, if only we’ll line up our priorities with his.

As we line up our individual priorities with God’s, we will highlight some of our ministry priorities that God uses your tithes and offerings to support. Come see what God is up to at FBC, in 2023!
